We perform as a General Contractor, Subcontractor or Consultant on various publicly funded projects, and pride ourselves on building positive relationships with the various Owners by seeking out their challenging contracts. Our understanding of each agencies specific requirements allows us to deliver quality results. FM also works with Private Clients to design and construct solutions to their complex structural problems associated with their building and/or landscape. Many of our project sites have extreme access issues and require sensitivity to ecology and local code requirements.
